Ballad of the Rain Caller

Fell in love with this track the moment I drafted the melody! Greatly inspired by the City of Tears from Hollow Knight (great game if you like Metroidvanias). This is one of the few songs I've made that isn't written in 4/4, with this one being in 6/4 which was quite fun! I wanted to add some sort of percussion to turn it into combat music, but I couldn't find a drum set I liked or a loop that worked (non 4/4 time signature be damned) so I ended up going without any percussion. And in the end, it turned out fine without them, so cheers to that! Have a good listen and hope this inspires you to make something.
